Black Glass Buttons-
It's been said that one should not put small black glass
buttons in the closet; they will multiply. Most button
collecters find that to be true. Seriously, black glass
buttons were produced in large quantities, in both antique and
vintage styles, with pictorial subject matter as well
as patterns, in sizes from very small to very large.
Black glass buttons don't always appear black on the
surface, as lusters of different hues will sometimes
cover the entire button.

Collecting Black Glass Buttons
The relative low cost makes collecting black glass buttons a good place to start. It can become addictive to look for and then find the various subjects available.
